A scenic 30 minute drive will take you to Madison's East or West Side, Wisconsin Dells, Baraboo, Devil's Lake, Prairie Du Sac, Sauk City and Portage, all areas rich in history, activities and entertainment.

Enjoy fine dining at one of several restaurants on the lake shore, or travel up the river to view sandstone rock formations, picnic on a secluded sandbar  or cast a line in some of the finest fishing waters in Wisconsin. 

 

 
  Paradise Island is located in the Town of Lodi, Columbia County.  The nearby City of Lodi, population 2000,  is home to one of the area's finest school systems, with state-of-the-art facilities and a reputation for academic excellence.   The Town has one of the lowest property tax mill rates in the state.

Lake Wisconsin is part of the Wisconsin River system created by the dam in Prairie Du Sac. The dam began construction in 1915 and was completed sometime in 1924.  The extensive structure and wooded shorelines offer some of the best bass, walleye and panfishing in the state.
